Field Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the operations, safety, and customer relations at designated satellite locations.

• Direct and oversee field personnel while ensuring adherence to regulations, maintenance of equipment, precise documentation, and support for operational and financial effectiveness.

• Organize the scheduling of spray truck applications and bulk liquid chemical deliveries.

• Manage the daily operations of assigned satellite locations, including inventory control, yard upkeep, and cleanliness.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to promptly address concerns and facilitate seamless operations.

• Perform annual safety audits at field service sites.

• Guarantee the timely and precise completion of all necessary administrative duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a related field.

• Preferred experience in scheduling related to project management and trucking.

• Valid CDL Class A license.
