Field Maintenance Technician, 3+ Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance and repair requests as directed.

• Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with contractors to acquire bids and verify work completion.

• Purchase necessary maintenance supplies for the property.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs in plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior, and basic electrical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel within your region, as this position is entirely field-based.

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related field.

• Proven proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and executing comprehensive repairs across standard trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.

• Ability to manage and complete independent work orders, budget time and materials effectively, and communicate efficiently with contractors and clients.

• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

• Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and over 75 lbs with assistance.

• Holding a current or previously held plumbing license is an advantage.
