Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile them with dealer records.

• Effectively communicate with both dealer and home office personnel.

• Verify collateral, evaluate condition, and deliver prompt and accurate reporting.

• Organize and route inspections to ensure timely and efficient completion.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while performing services.

• Must have a smartphone (either Android or iOS).

• Flexible availability during weekday business hours.

• Reliable transportation along with a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented with a readiness to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.
