Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical inspections of dealer inventories and ensure alignment with dealer records.

• Maintain effective communication with both dealer and home office staff.

• Verify collateral, evaluate condition, and deliver timely and accurate reports.

• Organize and schedule inspections to guarantee efficient completion within the specified timeline.

• Use a company-provided tablet PC to perform services.

• Have access to a smart phone (Android or iOS).

• Have a flexible schedule and be available during standard business hours on weekdays.

• Own reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Be willing to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Be comfortable utilizing mobile applications.

• Have a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Exhibit strong communication skills.

• Capable of standing and walking for up to 7.5 hours continuously.
