Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical assessments of dealer inventories and ensure consistency with dealer records.

• Maintain effective communication with both dealer and home office staff.

• Validate collateral, evaluate its condition, and deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and plan inspections to guarantee efficient completion within the designated timeline.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while performing services.

• Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Availability for a flexible schedule during weekday business hours.

• Access to reliable transportation and possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 7.5 hours.
