Field Food Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the training and education of store teams regarding food safety and quality assurance.

• Conduct visits to assigned stores for monitoring food safety and quality assurance standards.

• Facilitate troubleshooting seminars.

• Work in partnership with store and company leadership to develop effective training materials.

• Mentor underperforming stores.

• Manage new food service projects aligned with business initiatives.

• Keep a record of training sessions and store visits.

• Foster a training environment that empowers individuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Physical ability to fulfill job requirements.

• Proficient in operating a computer keyboard and mouse.

• Ability to view a computer monitor.

• Capability to communicate effectively via telephone.

• Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds is required.
