⛳️ Requirements

• A valid real estate license is required.

• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred).

• Capability to complete assigned field tasks punctually and with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and maintain thorough documentation.

• Proficient technical skills: Salesforce or a comparable CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the capacity to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

• Dependable transportation for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs.

• Access to a smartphone and computer for task execution, documentation, and communication.
