⛳️ Requirements

• A valid real estate license.

• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination is preferred).

• Capability to complete assigned field tasks punctually and with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and maintain thorough documentation.

• Strong technical proficiency: experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently.

• Reliable transportation for property-related tasks, such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs.

• Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication purposes.

• Must reside near Tucson, AZ.
