Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.

• Engage with target accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, displays, and end cap placements in-store.

• Relay sales leads and other potential opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Enhance product distribution as authorized by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.

• Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and displayed according to the specified brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold storage, and warm shelves based on account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Position point of sale materials as authorized by the account manager.

• Participate in new store openings and provide support during store resets.

• Capture images; include photographs with weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct product demonstrations upon request.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to aid in weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account visits daily.

• Track and record all account interactions within the Celsius sales application.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising. Previous merchandising experience is advantageous.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Flexibility to work 40 hours a week (Wednesday – Sunday).

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.

• Must be a self-starter and a team player.

• A valid driving record and insurance/license are required.

• Personal vehicle required, with an allowance provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with both internal and external contacts.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
