Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.

• Target specific accounts for outreach.

• Collaborate with the Manager to advocate for PDQ's and display/end cap placements in-store.

• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Increase product distribution as authorized by the store manager, following account type guidelines.

• Ensure that shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and displayed according to the designated brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to current displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves in accordance with account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Position point-of-sale materials as sanctioned by the account manager.

• Engage in new store openings and provide support for store resets.

• Capture images and include photos in weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct demonstrations upon request.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, or regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account visits daily.

• Monitor and complete all account visits using the Celsius sales application.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is advantageous.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Availability for flexible hours, with a 40-hour work week (Wednesday – Sunday).

• A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude is essential.

• Must be a self-starter and a team player.

• A valid driving record along with insurance and a driver's license is required.

• Personal vehicle is necessary; an allowance will be provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
