This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Engage with target accounts.
• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements in stores.
• Relay sales leads and additional growth opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
• Increase product distribution as authorized by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.
• Maintain account shelves, cold vaults, and standalone coolers, ensuring they are stocked and displayed in accordance with the designated brand flow.
• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves, following account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).
• Position point-of-sale materials as permitted by the account manager.
• Assist in new store openings and provide support during store resets.
• Capture images; include photographs with weekly reporting documents.
• Conduct demonstrations upon request.
• Create and uphold an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
• Complete 15-20 account visits daily.
• Monitor and finalize all account visits within the Celsius sales application.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.
• Complete any other records or documentation as assigned.
• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising. Previous merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work flexible hours, totaling 40 hours a week (Wednesday to Sunday).
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and possesses a positive attitude.
• Must be a self-starter and a team player.
• Excellent driving record, along with required insurance and license.
• Personal vehicle required, an allowance will be provided.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively both internally and with external contacts.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
