Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies.

• Engage with target accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQs and secure display/end cap placements within stores.

• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Increase product distribution as authorized by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.

• Ensure that shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and arranged according to the designated brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, and cold or warm shelves as per account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Position point of sale materials as permitted by the account manager.

• Assist with new store openings and provide support during store resets.

• Capture photos and include them in weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct demonstrations when requested.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account visits daily.

• Monitor and document all account visits using the Celsius sales application.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage details.

• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising. Prior merchandising experience is advantageous.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week (Wednesday – Sunday).

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possessing a positive outlook.

• Must be a self-starter and a collaborative team member.

• Clean driving record and valid insurance/license are mandatory.

• Must have a personal vehicle available for use, with an allowance provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with both internal and external contacts.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
