Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.

• Engage with target accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, displays, and end cap placements in-store.

• Relay sales leads and additional growth opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Increase product distribution as authorized by the store manager within the account type guidelines.

• Ensure account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and organized according to the specified brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to align with existing displays, racks, cold storage, and warm shelves based on account guidelines (e.g., Independent, chain).

• Position point-of-sale materials as sanctioned by the account manager.

• Assist in new store openings and support store resets.

• Capture photos and include them in weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct product demonstrations as requested.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account visits daily.

• Monitor and complete all account visits using the Celsius sales app.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; previous merchandising experience is advantageous.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Availability to work flexible hours, totaling 40 hours per week (Wednesday – Sunday).

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possessing a positive demeanor.

• Must be a self-starter and a collaborative team member.

• Excellent driving record and valid insurance/license are required.

• Personal vehicle needed, with an allowance provided.

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with internal and external contacts.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must reside within their county area.
