This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Plan and implement merchandising strategies.
• Target specific accounts through outreach.
• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, display setups, and end cap placements in stores.
• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
• Enhance product distribution as authorized by the store manager, adhering to the account type guidelines.
• Ensure account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and organized according to the designated brand flow.
• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves in accordance with account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).
• Position point of sale materials as approved by the account manager.
• Assist with new store openings and support store resets.
• Capture photos and include them with weekly reporting documents.
• Conduct product demonstrations upon request.
• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly and monthly planning.
• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
• Conduct 15-20 account calls daily.
• Monitor and log all account calls using the Celsius sales application.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage records.
• Complete other documentation or records as assigned.
• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work flexible hours, totaling 40 hours per week (Wednesday – Sunday).
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and possessing a positive attitude.
• Must be a self-starter and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent driving record; valid insurance and license required.
• Access to a personal vehicle; an allowance will be provided.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective interaction both internally and with external contacts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
