This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Conduct regular sales calls with key local and regional retail field management personnel.
• Negotiate and secure enhanced in-store execution during promotional and non-promotional periods, including additional shelf space, cooler placements, and display execution within key accounts.
• Collaborate with commercial marketing to guarantee top-tier execution of retail activations.
• Review monthly performance metrics with distributors and formulate actionable plans to address any gaps.
• Work in the field with district managers and field management teams to establish in-store execution standards and expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for distributor account managers to address issues and explore opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance on brand positioning and product knowledge to distributor sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, placement, and promotional execution to ensure optimal stock levels and visibility.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with distributor partners to align with sales objectives.
• Spend time in stores engaging directly with retailers and store staff to expand brand presence.
• Optimize product placement on shelves and displays for maximum visibility and sales impact.
• Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Log daily sales activities, customer interactions, and distributor management updates utilizing CRM tools.
• Follow up on order statuses and ensure timely delivery to distributors and retail partners.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance, goals, and key insights.
• 3-10 years of experience in sales, field execution, distributor management, or a related role in the beverage, FMCG, or CPG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and sales analytics tools.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory (valid driver's license required).
• Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that adheres to Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines.
• Reliable smartphone with camera capabilities from the last 3 years to utilize for CRM tools and capturing field execution visuals.
