This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify waste industry events, conferences, and regional association meetings.
• Keep the annual events calendar updated.
• Evaluate shows based on audience engagement, ideal customer alignment, costs, and historical performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to determine which events are worthwhile to attend.
• Register for events promptly to take advantage of early-bird pricing and optimal booth placements.
• Monitor budgets for booths, sponsorships, travel, and shipping.
• Manage booth materials, shipping, and storage in coordination with the logistics vendor.
• Arrange travel and oversee event deadlines.
• Create pre-event checklists.
• Work alongside the Multimedia Designer on booth visuals, handouts, and presentations.
• Travel to selected trade shows in the U.S.
• Set up and staff booths alongside the team.
• Schedule meetings and gather leads.
• Ensure that all event leads are entered into HubSpot within 48 hours, tagged with the event, and forwarded to Sales.
• Draft post-event reports detailing costs, leads, pipeline, and completed deals.
• Familiarize yourself with the product and customers, review the 2027 events list and past outcomes, and oversee the weekly event scan and logistics vendor partnership.
• Assess the 2027 calendar, secure early-bird registrations, and prepare for the initial 2027 events.
• Manage the events program from start to finish, encompassing Q1 show execution, lead follow-up, and event results reporting.
• 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, field marketing, or event production.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Valid U.S. visa or ability to travel to the United States for events multiple times a year.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail regarding registrations, shipping timelines, travel, and budgets.
• Comfortable negotiating with organizers and vendors.
• Outgoing and professional demeanor while representing the company at booths.
• Proficient in using Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and spreadsheets.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet.
• Availability during core U.S. business hours.
• Bonus: Experience with B2B or SaaS trade shows in the U.S.
• Bonus: Background in waste management, recycling, logistics, transportation, field services, or public works.
• Bonus: Experience handling booth shipping and freight vendors.

• Bonus: Familiarity with measuring event ROI within a CRM.
• Must reside in LATAM, preferably in Argentina or similar U.S.-aligned time zones.
