This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Set up, configure, and sustain satellite communication gateway infrastructure that supports low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite networks.

• Identify and resolve issues with gateway components such as antennas, RF systems, frequency converters, and related hardware.

• Conduct tests and analyses utilizing RF diagnostic tools and measurement devices.

• Execute integration, commissioning, and validation processes for gateway components to guarantee optimal system functionality.

• Oversee system health and pinpoint corrective measures to reduce operational interruptions.

• Offer remote technical assistance to field sites and operational teams.

• Maintain documentation of maintenance actions, system settings, and troubleshooting methods.

• Work together with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to address technical challenges.

• Assist in managing equipment inventory and tracking assets.

• Travel both domestically and internationally to facilitate installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks as needed.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical area.

• Preferred relevant satellite communications certifications (e.g., VSAT, SatCom, or similar).

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Field Engineer, Satellite Technician, Network Engineer, or a comparable technical position.

• Experience in supporting communications infrastructure, RF systems, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with satellite communication systems and gateway infrastructure.

• Understanding of RF technologies, antenna systems, and frequency conversion equipment.

• Skills in using RF test and measurement tools, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators.

• Experience in system integration, commissioning, and testing activities.

• Knowledge of networking concepts, IP-based communications, and telecommunications infrastructure.

• Background in supporting geographically distributed or remote operational sites.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
