Field Engineer Apprentice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Observe and execute a variety of equipment service processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Assess and diagnose imaging equipment problems, implementing necessary repairs.

• Carry out Preventative Maintenance on specified equipment.

• Conduct safety and environmental inspections.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved and proper follow-up occurs.

• Acquire knowledge and ensure the correct usage of tools and testing equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• AS, BS, or MS degree, military education, certificate program, or current student nearing completion (within 12 months), OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 months experience in servicing electronic, IT, or mechanical equipment.

• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
