This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Observe and execute various equipment service processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assess and troubleshoot issues related to Patient Care Solutions (PCS) equipment.
• Conduct Planned/Preventative Maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Carry out safety and environmental inspections.
• Maintain daily communication with customers.
• Improve and sustain technical knowledge in line with current standards.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months to completion OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months of experience in servicing electronic, IT, or mechanical equipment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Fundamental understanding of IT systems and networking concepts is required.
• Certification in biomedical or computer networking (e.g., CBET, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic digital circuitry and familiarity with electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
