Field Deployment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end deployment of Teton devices in customer facilities across the US.

• Plan and oversee larger multi-site rollouts, coordinating timelines among internal teams, customers, and third-party installers.

• Collaborate with site maintenance, installers, and customer IT to schedule and carry out installations.

• Configure, connect, and validate computing devices and associated sensors within customer networks.

• Monitor device uptime throughout deployments, investigate any issues, and drive resolutions.

• Ensure a smooth transition of operational deployments to ongoing IT support, complete with documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in deploying hardware or IoT solutions in customer environments, including cabling for computing and sensor configurations.

• Strong grasp of IT networking and a comfort level working alongside customer IT teams.

• Project management capabilities: adept at planning multi-site rollouts and keeping installers, customers, and internal teams synchronized.

• A customer-first approach—you derive satisfaction from contributing to customer success.

• Proficient with Linux and basic command-line troubleshooting.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in managing third-party installation vendors.

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the US.
