Field Data Specialist – Travel Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Travel independently by car or plane to commercial properties to gather accurate data.

• Utilize 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software to record various property features.

• Primarily focus on data collection, taking measurements, and accurately entering data.

• Liaise with property managers to obtain access details regarding appointments and arrival schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or any outdoor, detail-oriented work.

• Capability to use a reliable vehicle that can accommodate a 6-foot ladder and support long-distance travel.

• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and climbing ladders up to 30 feet.

• Ability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.

• Proficient with technology, including iPads, laptops, mobile applications, and photography equipment.

• Skillful at following detailed instructions with accuracy and meticulousness.

• Highly organized and self-driven while performing tasks independently.
