This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee technical validation in both enterprise and public sector from initial discovery to expansion.
• Act as a consultative, high-level technical partner for CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, agency technology leaders, and government IT decision-makers.
• Convert modernization objectives into actionable AI-native roadmaps that yield measurable results.
• Propel SDLC acceleration and ensure prolonged platform adoption.
• Lead large-scale architecture assessments and proofs of concept from scoping to delivery.
• Create and implement technical validation cycles that align with MEDDPICC frameworks.
• Transform technical capabilities into business value and return on investment narratives.
• Optimize, assess, and implement AI code-generation models.
• Provide guidance on the interaction between code-generation systems, software supply chains, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tools.
• Assist customers in navigating modernization, migration, and AI-adoption strategies.
• Offer insights on architectural and operational transformations for agentic software development.
• Drive client growth by identifying post-implementation technical use cases.
• Spearhead public sector initiatives and translate agency modernization mandates into AI-native software delivery roadmaps.
• Manage government compliance, security, and authorization requirements, including FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and ATO processes.
• Support proposal capture efforts and articulate technical differentiation in RFP/RFI submissions.
• Establish credibility with agency CTOs, CIOs, and technical evaluators.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure sustained adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Work alongside Enterprise AEs and AI Solutions Consultants to align technical strategies with commercial goals.
• Act as the senior technical representative in enterprise and public sector sales cycles.
• Proven experience as a Field CTO, Chief Architect, VP of Engineering, or a senior technical executive in an enterprise or client-facing role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI code-generation models, toolchains, and autonomous development frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise architecture assessments, technical validations, and POC cycles at scale.
• Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC.
• Ability to align technical strategies with commercial outcomes effectively.
• Outstanding executive communication skills when interacting with engineers, C-suite executives, and government technical evaluators.
• Experience guiding enterprises through major modernization, migration, or AI-adoption initiatives.
• Adaptability to fast-paced startup environments, rapid iterations, and incomplete documentation.
• Proven history of implementing or leading AI code-generation initiatives at an enterprise level.
• Previous experience in public sector or government technical sales.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or ATO processes.
• Knowledge of LLM training, inference optimization, and evaluation metrics.
• Background in startup environments.
• Experience in public speaking or thought leadership in AI engineering or enterprise architecture.
• A curious mindset and perspectives on System-2 AI and autonomous agents in software development.
