Chief Technology Officer – Early-Stage Autonomous Production Venture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop the operational and technological framework for a consortium of companies.

• Establish the operational model for contemporary precision manufacturing.

• Recognize and execute opportunities for production enhancements.

• Create standards for all facilities and validate them in practical scenarios.

• Lead and nurture an operations team.

• Report directly to the managing directors and operations managers of the portfolio companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably within a CNC setting.

• Demonstrated hands-on accountability for designing and optimizing production workflows.

• Digitally proficient in operational processes.

• Practical experience with: production planning and control systems (PPS/MES), CAD/CAM & production planning (work preparation), shopfloor digitization & machine integration, automation of small and micro series.

• Mindset: entrepreneurial with a focus on detail.

• Credible change agent capable of building trust and motivating others.
