Field CTO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of strategic implementation planning and product adoption for designated customer accounts, collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to guide clients from onboarding through to enterprise rollout, platform optimization, and sustained adoption.

• Act as a senior technical advisor to clients on topics such as data governance, data security, privacy, access control, AI readiness, and contemporary data architecture.

• Drive expansion by identifying additional use cases, opportunities for adoption, and business outcomes that Immuta can facilitate.

• Gather customer feedback, implementation trends, and market insights to shape product strategy and inform roadmap priorities.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer requirements, adoption hurdles, and emerging enterprise trends.

• Create technical content, use-case guidance, solution briefs, demos, best-practice materials, and enablement assets grounded in actual customer needs and field experiences.

• Assist in webinars, executive briefings, customer meetings, partner events, conferences, and other thought-leadership initiatives.

• Facilitate strategic pre-sales engagements through technical discovery, architecture discussions, solution documentation, and proof-of-concept planning to ensure a smooth transition into implementation and adoption.

• Partner with Immuta’s strategic technology collaborators, including Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, and others, to help define joint solutions and customer adoption strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in implementation consulting, data governance consulting, technical advisory, solutions architecture, data engineering, technical customer success, or similar customer-facing roles within enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or data platform environments.

• Deep knowledge of modern data architectures, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, access control, and enterprise data operations.

• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, or comparable technologies.

• Capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to achieve customer outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer presentations, technical workshops, and solution documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, IT executives, business leaders, and senior technical stakeholders.
