Field Community Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with providers within a designated territory.

• Adhere to protocols for visiting both established and new referring providers in accordance with practice guidelines.

• Aid in the organization of continuing education functions, community network events, and local activities.

• Offer ongoing educational assistance to community providers across all service areas and specialties offered by SightMD, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

• Coordinate and participate in business development events.

• Maintain a comprehensive database containing essential information about all community providers.

• Serve as a liaison between the community and SightMD, equipped to address and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, written, verbal, and listening skills.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.

• Above-average customer service abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
