Field Collections Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Meet with clients to recover overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements

• Keep precise records of collection efforts and client communications

• Evaluate clients' financial circumstances and suggest suitable solutions

• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations throughout the collection process

• Provide regular updates to the Collection Manager regarding progress and challenges

• Address client inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

• Work collaboratively with the internal team to enhance collection strategies and processes

• Meet both individual and team goals

• Foster a positive work environment

• Background in collections/accounts receivables, call center, or customer service positions
