Field Collections Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Meet with clients to secure overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.

• Keep precise records of all collection efforts and client communications.

• Evaluate clients' financial situations and recommend suitable solutions.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations during collection processes.

• Provide regular updates to the Collection Manager regarding progress and any challenges faced.

• Address client inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional manner.

• Work in conjunction with the internal team to enhance collection strategies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in collections/accounts receivables, contact center, and customer service roles.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Highly driven with strong negotiation and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Persuasive, assertive, tactful, and focused on customer service.

• Ability to consistently showcase strong personal motivation and accountability for delivering excellent performance and results.
