
Field Clinical Specialist – South West Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• The Field Clinical Specialist is tasked with the training, support, and promotion of OrganOx’s products.
• Educate and train users in the proper usage to ensure that our products are utilized safely and effectively.
• Maintain relationships with relevant clinical transplant teams.
• This position is home-based but requires frequent travel to designated transplantation centers (40%-60%).
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation (including weekends and holidays) for on-site or remote assistance.
• Advocate for the advantages of OrganOx’s products with customers.
• Facilitate the exchange of customer experiences to promote the adoption of OrganOx products.
• Organize user groups to encourage shared learning.
• Monitor account performance, clinical progress, and assist in forecasting system usage and consumables allocation.
• Ensure that customer data is maintained in the appropriate database and that all regulatory customer consents are collected and documented.
• Assist the Commercial management team in prospecting and generating new customer leads.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and abilities (essential).
• Capability to comprehend scientific literature in detail to cultivate a thorough understanding of machine perfusion, including competing technologies (HMP, NRP) (essential).
• A friendly, approachable, and customer-centric work style (essential).
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and other locations as necessary (essential).
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving (essential).
• Strong technical and manual dexterity skills (essential).
• Ability to work independently (essential).

• Experience in a laboratory setting (desirable).
• Familiarity with medical terminology and an understanding of systems and processes within the human body (desirable).
