This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Educate healthcare professionals on the proper handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.

• Design, lead, and conduct training sessions and in-service educational programs at hospitals.

• Collaborate with Regional and Account Managers to identify opportunities for therapy adoption.

• Convey highly technical information during fast-paced medical procedures.

• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the Company.

• Establish and maintain credible business relationships with customers while sharing product knowledge.

• Offer education and clinical support for complex inquiries in the field.

• Keep up-to-date with Inari products, related technologies, market trends, and competitors.

• Work with product development teams on device features and the creation of new devices.

• Record procedural case observations to meet regulatory requirements and for continuous improvement.

• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage during nights and weekends.

• Travel locally and regionally, with occasional overnight stays, to provide support to physicians and hospital staff.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in nursing or a related clinical discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of equivalent education, training, and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing, or similar clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.

• Strong clinical acumen is essential.

• Familiarity with the sales process is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, both locally and regionally, with occasional overnight stays.

• Availability for night and weekend on-call duties as per a preplanned schedule.

• Extensive periods of sitting, standing, and verbal communication are required.

• Capability to perform light lifting of up to 10 pounds.

• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with regular interaction with physician and hospital staff customers across various locations.

• A commitment to participating in a healthcare team focused on patient treatment and anticipating the needs of others.

• Strong critical thinking abilities to address complex clinical challenges.

• Excellent proficiency in the English language.

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to focus on details, work independently, and adhere to deadlines with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.

• Skill in developing presentation materials.
