β’ **Position Summary**
β’ The Clinical Specialist will primarily focus on providing training and support to users of our products. This entails instructing users on the proper use of our products to ensure safety and effectiveness, particularly for the preservation of organs prior to transplantation, as well as for various clinical and non-clinical research initiatives. The role will require global travel, mainly within North America, to visit leading transplantation surgery sites. Consequently, the Clinical Specialist will need to work outside regular business hours, including nights, weekends, and occasionally very long days, due to the unpredictable nature of organ donation and transplantation.
β’ **Essential Requirements:**
β’ - Bachelor's degree coupled with relevant medical experience, including at least 3 years in ICU, ECMO, Cath Lab, OR, Transplant, and ED.
β’ - Regardless of professional background, the following qualifications are essential:
β’ - Must exhibit a high degree of flexibility and willingness to support sites as necessary throughout North America.
β’ - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
β’ - Proficient problem-solving skills.
β’ - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working collaboratively and establishing rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ - Excellent customer-facing abilities.
β’ - Capability to maintain calmness and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
β’ - Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
β’ - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ **Preferred Requirements:**
β’ - A licensed RN, RT, RD, or a degree in a health science-related field.
β’ - Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
