Field Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provides technical, clinical, and educational/training support to the Sales team.

• Conducts demonstrations and training for new patients/customers on products.

• Follows up with patients and offers support as needed.

• Aids ASRs and RSMs in generating sales leads.

• Collaborates with the sales team to maintain and enhance client relationships.

• Acts as the primary resource for clinical support.

• Attends patient device implantations and performs follow-up care.

• Ensures timely follow-up and support for products to both patients and physicians.

• Assists sales representatives by meeting clients to assess their clinical needs.

• Guarantees that facilities are supplied with clinical literature and marketing materials.

• Provides support at industry conferences, exhibits, and labs.

• Maintains open lines of communication with all personnel and customers.

• Collaborates to educate and train physicians and hospital/clinic staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree in a clinical or related field is preferred.

• Experience working with patients in a clinical environment is essential.

• 3-5 years of relevant clinical support experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exhibits a high level of professionalism.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and an active vehicle insurance policy.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of accepting feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.

• Must be willing to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
