Field Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify potential strategies for adoption.

• Responsible for upselling within key strategic accounts in collaboration with Business Managers.

• Serve as a leader in providing education on all facets of two or more technologies or one highly specialized technology related to assigned devices, including device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques essential for equipment, tools, and products used in device implants, along with full certification for independent case support for field clinical specialists.

• Train and educate physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on all technical aspects related to investigational products and procedures, including imaging, by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and structured in-service education programs on two or more technologies or one highly specialized technology.

• Create and enhance training curricula, materials, and tools based on clinical trial experiences, EW guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Oversee the certification processes for centers, physicians, and related staff, including EW personnel, as specified within EW SOP.

• Continuously monitor clinical support activities, market changes, assigned accounts, and competitive activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Clinical, Imaging, Cardiology, Nursing, etc.).

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in medical devices and/or clinical settings is required, with a preference for expertise in Mitral therapies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English; proficiency in any other European language is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Europe (up to 70% of the time).
