Field Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site clinical support and technical knowledge during LV leadless therapy procedures.

• Identify appropriate patients, ensure compliance with best practices, and troubleshoot devices as necessary.

• Aid in pre-procedure planning and post-procedure follow-up to resolve any technical or clinical issues.

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions, presentations, and practical demonstrations for healthcare professionals.

• Assist users with imaging modalities, procedural workflows, and the latest product features.

• Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with physicians, research coordinators, and clinical teams.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated sites, facilitating device usage, procedural planning, and logistical assistance.

• Collect feedback regarding device performance, procedural efficiency, and patient outcomes for internal teams.

• Execute systematic feedback collection techniques, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather thorough insights.

• Evaluate feedback data to uncover trends, identify areas for enhancement, and spot opportunities for innovation.

• Collaborate with engineering and product development to guide product improvements and future innovations.

• Ensure that all clinical activities adhere to relevant regulatory standards and company policies.

• Produce accurate documentation for ongoing record maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma with 11 years of relevant clinical support experience; or an Associate degree with 9 years of relevant clinical support experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant clinical support experience; or an Advanced degree with 5 years of relevant clinical support experience.

• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite/applications, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools.

• Background in cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, or advanced cardiac therapies.

• Knowledge of echocardiographic imaging, trans-septal techniques, and associated cardiac intervention workflows.

• Proven ability to articulate complex clinical concepts, train diverse groups, and excel in interventional cardiac procedure environments.

• Understanding of cardiac imaging and hospital decision-making processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the capability to effectively influence the target audience.

• Willingness to travel about 80% of the time to various locations, including but not limited to healthcare facilities, industry events, and EBR office(s), with frequent trips to healthcare facilities within the assigned territories.

• Adherence to applicable driving and state regulations is mandatory.

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit; communicate verbally; use hands for handling or feeling objects or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
