This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site clinical support and technical expertise during LV leadless therapy procedures.

• Identify appropriate patients, ensure compliance with best practices, and resolve any device issues as necessary.

• Assist in the planning before procedures and follow up afterward to tackle any technical or clinical challenges.

• Provide thorough training sessions, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations for healthcare professionals.

• Guide users through imaging techniques, procedural workflows, and the latest product features.

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with physicians, research coordinators, and clinical teams.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated sites, aiding in device use, procedural planning, and logistical support.

• Offer ongoing support and resources to assist physicians in achieving their clinical and operational objectives.

• Create and present educational materials, including models, simulations, and in-service programs.

• Ensure all clinical activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma with 11 years of relevant clinical support experience; or an Associate degree with 9 years of relevant clinical support experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant clinical support experience; or an Advanced degree with 5 years of relevant clinical support experience.

• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite/applications, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools.

• Experience in cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, or advanced cardiac therapies.

• Knowledge of echocardiographic imaging, trans-septal techniques, and associated cardiac intervention workflows.

• Proven ability to communicate complex clinical concepts, train various audiences, and excel in interventional cardiac procedure environments.

• Familiarity with cardiac imaging and hospital decision-making processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capability to effectively influence the target audience.

• Ability to cultivate physician champions and navigate intricate account environments.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time to various locations, including healthcare facilities, industry events, and EBR office(s), with frequent travel to healthcare facilities within assigned territories.
