This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the operational execution and monitoring of both pre- and post-market clinical studies.
• Identify, choose, and assist investigators and participating sites throughout the duration of the study.
• Arrange and perform training for investigator sites, as well as initiation, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Ensure adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), and relevant regulatory standards.
• Aid sites with patient recruitment and follow-up to enhance enrollment and the quality of gathered data.
• Participate in initial implant procedures and specific study visits to support data collection and ensure the accurate implementation of study protocols.
• Develop and nurture trustworthy relationships with investigators, research teams, and key stakeholders within hospitals.
• Act as the main point of contact for investigator sites concerning Medtronic EPT clinical studies.
• Work in conjunction with international clinical research teams and cross-functional departments to foster study success.
• Convey field insights and assist in the ongoing enhancement of clinical research protocols, tools, and processes.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in clinical research, life sciences, biomedical sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical research, preferably within the medical device sector.
• Experience in managing clinical studies and/or overseeing investigator sites.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and relevant regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Proven experience collaborating with healthcare professionals, investigators, hospital teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Proactive nature with a strong focus on results.
• Capacity to operate within an international matrix environment.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
• Regular travel throughout France is required (up to 60% of the time).
