This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Ensure the execution and ongoing management of pre- and post-market clinical studies.
• Identify, select, and assist investigators and participating sites throughout the entirety of the study lifecycle.
• Organize and carry out training for investigator sites, as well as activation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Ensure adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Assist sites with patient recruitment and follow-up efforts to enhance enrollment and the quality of data collected.
• Participate in initial implant procedures and specific study visits to aid in data collection and ensure proper execution of study protocols.
• Develop and sustain trustworthy relationships with investigators, research teams, and key hospital stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for investigator sites concerning Medtronic EPT clinical studies.
• Collaborate with global clinical research teams and cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to the success of studies.
• Provide insights from the field and help enhance clinical research protocols, tools, and processes.
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in clinical research, life sciences, or biomedical sciences.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical research, preferably within the medical device sector.
• Experience in managing clinical studies and/or monitoring investigator sites.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and relevant regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Experience working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, investigators, hospital teams, and internal partners.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Proactive with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Ability to operate within an international matrix environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout France (up to 60% of the time).
