Field Clinical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist the Clinical Affairs and Commercialization teams in creating training programs for the SAINT Neuromodulation System.

• Offer technical expertise and on-site training for clinical trial site personnel.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance either on-site or remotely for clinical trial locations.

• Evaluate MNS software and deliver feedback to the software development team to support ongoing internal enhancements.

• Aid the clinical affairs team with documentation and ensure the continued maintenance of records related to training and device accountability.

• Analyze and assess product malfunctions and complete necessary complaint reports.

• Support the implementation of best practices at magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) facilities to guarantee high-quality scans are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a TMS technician is required.

• Familiarity with MagVenture equipment is preferred.

• Experience with neuronavigation technology, especially Localite software, is highly desirable.

• Previous involvement in clinical trials or human subject research is preferred.
