This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• You will be responsible for servicing DX Equipment across the NYC (All Boroughs) and Long Island regions.
• Your duties will include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer locations with minimal oversight.
• You will ensure timely and effective repairs while providing adequate training to operators to guarantee optimal system performance, ultimately leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
• You will oversee financial performance within your territory, striving to meet or surpass budget goals for revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight.
• You will manage company resources, which include a company vehicle, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency in using tools and service test equipment is essential, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and the NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools) is required.
• A minimum of X years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments is necessary.
• A valid driver's license, the ability to drive independently both day and night, and a clean driving record are required.
