Field Clinical Engagement Specialist – Fractional, RN Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to provide onsite clinical implementation support, conduct go-live activities, and upgrade customer programs for both new low to moderately complex client initiatives and existing customer enhancements.

• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and hands-on product education for clinical personnel, super users, and hospital leadership.

• Offer onsite coaching, troubleshooting, and guidance for end-users to enhance confidence and ensure successful adoption of AvaSure solutions.

• Collaborate with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to identify implementation requirements, overcome barriers, and foster successful program adoption.

• Record implementation activities, clinical observations, and maintain internal documentation (such as hospital data, reports, and outcomes).

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AvaSure solutions.

• Ensure adherence to credentialing and administrative standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

• An active RN license is essential.

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital environment is required.

• At least 1 year of clinical implementation experience is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare leadership, policy formulation, process enhancement, workflow design, and quality improvement is preferred.

• Experience in onboarding and mentoring new hospital staff is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Must maintain credentials necessary for onsite visits.
