Field Claims Specialist – Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Investigating losses

• Analyzing coverage, assessing compensability and benefits

• Establishing reserves and negotiating settlements

• Conducting in-person meetings with claimants and insured individuals

• Preparing comprehensive large loss reports for both internal and external stakeholders

• Participating in settlement conferences, pre-trials, and trials as assigned

• Collaborating closely with defense attorneys and various vendors, including medical case management and surveillance

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of successful experience in adjusting Minnesota workers' compensation claims, specifically with higher exposure claims

• A valid Minnesota adjusters license is mandatory

• Industry certifications, such as Associate in Claims, are highly regarded

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats, able to engage with a range of internal and external contacts
