Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments in accordance with SOS field inventory protocols.

• Carry out all assigned tasks diligently, aligning with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Support business development initiatives related to both new and existing service offerings.

• Foster, develop, and sustain positive customer relationships with adjusters to aid in retention and repeat business.

• Engage with your Field Manager and Service Manager daily regarding operational matters and potential enhancements.

• Adhere to all standard operating and safety protocols, both verbal and written, at all times.

• Display the ability and willingness to assume additional responsibilities as they arise.

• Possess strong problem-solving and project management abilities while delivering exceptional customer service to client policyholders and insurance company claims personnel.

• Maintain a professional appearance in both personal grooming and vehicle presentation.

• Capable of working under challenging conditions (post-loss insurance claims).

• Execute work tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to all Enservio safety protocols.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.

• Possess outstanding personal organization and leadership abilities.

• Be results-driven with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Experience in Property and Casualty claims is a plus.

• Background in the restoration industry is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel to job sites within your geographic area.

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without any physical limitations.

• Work independently without direct supervision on-site.

• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable personal vehicle for work purposes.
