Field CISO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish robust partnerships with executive clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their DevSecOps landscapes.

• Create and execute DevSecOps security strategies that align with client goals.

• Offer guidance and thought leadership on security policies, procedures, and standards focused on DevSecOps.

• Remain informed about emerging technologies and trends in DevSecOps security.

• Develop and showcase shareable and public resources that position JFrog as a trusted authority in the Software supply chain security arena.

• Ensure that clients’ DevSecOps practices adhere to relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to communicate the future of JFrog offerings based on requirements and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, with demonstrated experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or in a senior security leadership capacity.

• Comprehensive knowledge in enterprise security architecture, application security (AppSec), cloud security, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Capability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to align security solutions with business goals and customer needs.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential.

• Proven ability to provide impactful feedback from the field to product and engineering teams.

• A strong dedication to the "hands-on escorting" of strategic customers to ensure their success.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline. Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
