This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of and implement the integrated marketing strategy for Southern Europe, ensuring alignment with EMEA revenue goals and sales objectives.
• Focus investments primarily on France as the key market while expanding programs across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and other regions in Southern Europe.
• Adapt corporate campaigns into localized regional initiatives that promote measurable pipeline growth and partner involvement.
• Create multi-channel programs that encompass events, webinars, direct mail, roundtables, digital marketing, social media, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Assist regional sales teams with campaign strategies, market intelligence, and program implementation.
• Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with strategic resellers, distributors, managed security service providers (MSSPs), alliances, and partners within the channel ecosystem.
• Allocate marketing development funds (MDF) and co-marketing investments towards achieving measurable pipeline results.
• Collaborate with the channel team to initiate partner-driven demand generation campaigns, enablement programs, and joint market initiatives.
• Enhance relationships with channel sales leaders and partner account teams.
• Oversee lead management, alignment in nurturing, optimization of conversions, and follow-up processes in coordination with SDR and sales teams.
• Evaluate campaign results and continuously refine strategies based on return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and performance reports for leadership.
• Exchange best practices across EMEA and contribute to the development of scalable regional programs.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, specifically in Cybersecurity.
• Extensive experience in field marketing, channel/partner marketing, and demand generation.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue teams and generating measurable pipeline growth.
• Familiarity with indirect market routes, including value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, alliances, and service providers.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize investments based on market opportunities.
• Comfortable working in matrixed, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in various technologies such as Salesforce.com (SDFC), Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, Zoom Info, and ON24.
