Field Case Manager – Workers' Comp Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site and in-person investigations.

• Assess compensability and set reserves.

• Record decision-making processes and issue benefit payments.

• Notify the State administrative authority as needed.

• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical and legal professionals to ensure suitable benefits are provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Workers Compensation Claims is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional business experience is acceptable.

• A state license for handling Workers' Compensation claims is required if applicable.

• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills are required.

• A world-class customer service attitude is essential.

• Proficiency in learning and utilizing proprietary software alongside Microsoft Office products is necessary.

• Capability to be self-directed is required.
