Field Case Manager – 12-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Acts as the main point of contact for physicians.

• Engages with patients as necessary and communicates with program stakeholders.

• Provides education to healthcare providers and their teams regarding program services.

• Reviews patient records to ensure all required documentation is completed.

• Takes complete responsibility for the special authorization process.

• Maintains ongoing communication, updates, and guidance for physicians.

• Adjusts program elements to address the specific needs of healthcare providers.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or possess a related degree (BSc in Pharmacy or other Science degrees).

• Familiarity with the public or private third-party reimbursement landscape.

• Bilingualism is a benefit (mandatory for the province of Quebec).

• Previous experience as a Case Manager is advantageous.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Understanding of medical terminology.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

• Ability to interact with physicians and their staff.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication in English and French.

• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Must hold and maintain a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver's license and have access to a vehicle.

• Should have a private and dedicated home office space.
