Field Calibration Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct calibrations following the company's protocols and relevant standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO9001, AS9100, ANZ540.1).

• Assist in various calibration disciplines, with opportunities to gain cross-training and broaden expertise.

• Precisely document calibration outcomes ensuring full compliance and traceability.

• Travel to client locations, balancing local tasks with occasional overnight trips.

• Effectively communicate with clients regarding service updates, technical requirements, and scheduling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of calibration experience in either a laboratory or field setting.

• A College Degree in Electronics, preferably from a 2 or 3-year program.

• Required experience with GP calibration.

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and associated calibration standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to technical procedures.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for personal skill development and training, as well as to adequately support customer calibration needs.
