
Field Calibration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Assist in the precise and compliant execution of calibration and service tasks.
β’ Enhance job preparedness, quality of documentation, and effective use of resources.
β’ Deliver advanced technical knowledge and expertise to both customers and field teams.
β’ Maintain calibration standards and quality systems for Rust Service.
β’ Populate and uphold work order databases, Salesforce processes, and articles in the Group Knowledge Base.
β’ Support work order line items by establishing parameters, ranges, MPEs, and calibration set points, and review final calibration certificates for accuracy and compliance.
β’ Engage with customers during job initiation and closeout while overseeing documentation workflows, including blue folder management and final document archiving.
β’ Create and manage equipment schedules and defined calibration intervals for customer assets.
β’ Prepare for and assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and large calibration projects through site planning, audits, walk-downs, and SME field support as required.
β’ Conduct and support internal and external technical training initiatives as well as technician mentorship.
β’ Manage, allocate, and coordinate technicians, site supplies, tools, and equipment while ensuring visibility of tool locations.
β’ Provide high-level customer support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist during complex or critical service scenarios.
β’ Collaborate directly with Endress+Hauser's calibration team to adhere to protocols, support ISO/IEC 17025 audits, and consistently enhance calibration standards.
β’ Solid technical foundation in instrumentation, calibration, commissioning, or industrial services.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience in supporting complex service or calibration projects.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel to customer locations as required.
β’ Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
β’ Self-driven, flexible, and focused on finding solutions.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interact professionally with customers, managers, and manufacturing partners.
β’ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
β’ Proficient in CRM/ERP and documentation systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
