
Field Business Developer, B2B – Digital Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• You will actively develop new B2B business with training and corporate companies.
• You will manage the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
• You will present and demonstrate the product through on-site demos.
• You will build and develop a structured sales pipeline.
• You will participate in industry fairs and events (approximately once a month).
• You will collaborate directly with the founders in developing the business strategy.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to independently develop new clients and manage a portfolio.
• Consultative sales approach on technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation management.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM.
• Permanent contract or collaboration under VAT regime.
• Company car for mixed use (after the probation period or immediately if necessary).
• Mileage reimbursement and work tools provided.
• Full remote environment with a high degree of organizational autonomy.
