Field Auto Damage Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engaging with customers at their preferred locations, including homes, repair shops, or tow yards.

• Preparing estimates and assisting customers through the repair or total loss procedures.

• Assessing damage either on-site or in collaboration with body shops and service providers.

• Employing various tools to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Ensuring claims are accurately documented and comply with policy agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in auto collision estimating with CCC or Mitchell.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prepare clear and thorough estimates.

• Comfortable using technology and various platforms for claims management.

• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as part of the job responsibilities.
