Field Auto Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engaging with customers in various locations, whether at their residence, a repair facility, or a towing location.

• Preparing estimates and assisting customers throughout the repair or total loss journey.

• Assessing damage on-site or working in conjunction with body shops and service providers.

• Ensuring that claims are accurately documented and compliant with policy agreements.

• Keeping detailed and timely records within the claims system.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell software.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to produce clear and thorough estimates.

• Comfortable using technology and various platforms for processing claims.

• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as part of job responsibilities.
